Terms

The eco-mobilite.tv accession agreement is effective upon receipt and acceptance by eco-mobilite.tv of the application form. The notification of termination of membership is to be submitted in writing by either party addressed to the receiving party.

Members agree to allow ALTERNATIVE CHANNEL ™ to interrupt, or prohibit one of its members, access to the eco-mobilite.tv without prior notification.

The termination of access to the eco-mobilite.tv site is a satisfactory notification of termination of contract.

Terms of Access

This agreement is not a transfer of title, or license of eco-mobility.tv. By accessing eco-mobilite.tv, members expressly acknowledge acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. Members allow eco-mobilite.tv to refuse access to its site. Unauthorized access to the eco-mobilite.tv site is prohibited.

The eco-mobilite.tv site is protected by copyright law. Any reproduction or dissemination of information on this site by, for, or to a third party is strictly forbidden.

Non Disclosure Agreement

Members understand and agree that information disclosed through the eco-mobilite.tv site may contain trade secrets owned by eco-mobilite.tv. Members agree not to copy in full or in part, or disclose to a third party information, or software used on eco-mobilite.tv.

Members also agree that the user accounts and passwords assigned by eco-mobilite.tv are not transferable and should be used only by their original holders.

The provisions of this Agreement for non-disclosure are essential for the proper functioning of eco-mobility.tv.

Legal notice

ALTERNATIVE CHANNEL ™ and the eco-mobilite.tv site disclaim all liability for loss in connection with the use, or application software, or data.

ALTERNATIVE CHANNEL ™ and eco-mobilite.tv disclaim any responsibility for any consequence of direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever (lost profits, loss of contract, loss of profit, loss of business).

The provisions of this Legal Notice are essential for the proper functioning of eco-mobility.tv.

Use of Information

Eco-mobilite.tv uses information gathered on the site, for the sole purpose of better serving its members. The videos posted, the number of votes, the number of comments, number of page views, descriptions, and the names of contributors are available to all members.

Each member also has access to information about the search for videos and documents made through the search function for videos.

In addition, activities such as spamming or other abusive practices are not tolerated.
