Terms for Content Contribution
All are welcome to submit content to www.ecomobility.tv, a site dedicated to hosting a balanced and productive debate on transportation issues. As site managers, we believe that conflicting points of view, if presented respectfully, result in a dialogue that can generate collective intelligence. This is what drives social progress, in our opinion.
And now for the legalese:
By using this website, you represent and warrant that you will not transmit any information that violates any laws or infringes the rights of any party, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark rights and personality rights. You agree that you will only use this website for lawful purposes.
When you post content on this website, you hereby agree that:
(a) such content will not contain any material that may contain viruses, bugs or harmful components;
(b) your content, be it in the form of video, text articles or comments, not contain abusive language or personal attacks;
(c) your content does not make unsubstantiated claims that may harm the reputation of another party;
(d) you shall attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor, if any;
(e) you are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the content that you post, including all images and text;
(f) you hereby grant a perpetual royalty free right to Parta Dialogue Inc. regarding your content so that same can be reproduced, edited, or published at their entire discretion without any consideration being paid to you, but such reproduced, edited or published version shall be attributed to the appropriate author or licensor so indicated to Parta Dialogue, owner of www.ecomobility.tv; and
(g) you guarantee that such content is not the property of another and does not violate applicable copyright and trademark laws of Canada and elsewhere.
Failure to meet one or more of the above conditions will result in the de-publication or non-publication of submitted items. Parta Dialogue Inc. is not responsible for any damages that may come as a result of de-publication or non-publication.
