This is a short profile of the CIRAIG, produced by Eco-mobility.tv. CIRAIG is an Interuniversity Research Centre for the Life Cycle of Products, Processes and Services. It was created to meet the demands of industry and governments to develop leading edge academic expertise in sustainable development tools.
The CIRAIG pools and provides the key strengths of Quebec and Canadian universities in the fields of life cycle assessment (LCA) and life cycle management (LCM).
The CIRAIG is made up of 27 professors from these 10 universities, about 76 graduate level students, and over 20 research professionals and analysts, working as a multidisciplinary team in the environmental, social, and economic fields.
